Order processing

Orders are normally processed within 1–3 business days. Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays begin processing on the next business day.

Delivery estimates

Most India orders arrive within 5–10 business days after dispatch. Remote-area delivery may take longer. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by weather, courier delays, address issues or high-volume periods.

Tracking and address changes

Tracking details are sent after dispatch. Contact us as soon as possible if an address needs correction; we cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

Delayed, lost or damaged parcels

Email contact-us@tummilo.shop with your order number. For visible damage, include clear photographs of the parcel, label and product within 48 hours of delivery.
