Cancellation Policy

You may request cancellation by emailing contact-us@tummilo.shop as soon as possible with your order number.

We will try to cancel orders that have not entered packing or dispatch. Once an order has been packed, handed to the courier or shipped, cancellation cannot be guaranteed and the return policy will apply after delivery.

If an approved cancellation has already been paid, the refund is issued to the original payment method. Processing time depends on the bank or payment provider.
